Some experiences that you will have are being able to work together with multiple departments, going to competitions, and learning new things. These things will all help you work better with teammates, develop your public speaking skills, and add new skills to what you already know.

We have created Tidy-Tech department videos that showcase what each department does around the firm. Based on that you can see which one could be something you could enjoy being in all year.

You do get to choose your department, but if the department you want has too many people, you will be asked to choose something else.

The tasks that I have done involve the payroll register, paying the 941 form, getting that form filled out, working with insurances. I have enjoyed the experience as it has allowed me a peek into the world I will be working in, in the future.
