FAQ for incoming employees

  • What experiences will I have in VE? What will I gain from it?
    Some experiences that you will have are being able to work together with multiple departments, going to competitions, and learning new things. These things will all help you work better with teammates, develop your public speaking skills, and add new skills to what you already know.
  • How do I know which department fits me best?
    We have created Tidy-Tech department videos that showcase what each department does around the firm. Based on that you can see which one could be something you could enjoy being in all year.
  • Do we get to choose our departments or will it be decided for us?
    You do get to choose your department, but if the department you want has too many people, you will be asked to choose something else.
  • What have you done in VE? Did you enjoy it?
    From one of our finance employee, The tasks that I have done involve the payroll register, paying the 941 form, getting that form filled out, working with insurances. I have enjoyed the experience as it has allowed me a peek into the world I will be working in, in the future. This is only one example of many of the experiences students have during the course of the class.
  • What happens if my machine breaks?
    We offer 24-hour IT service that can help with your product. We can also come to your home to fix the issue for a small fee.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    ONLY Virtual Enterprise International currency, this is a VE International Firm.
  • How does the machine turn on?
    All you have to do is plug the machine into an outlet and then turn it on from the back power supply. Then on the touch screen, tap the power button and allow it to power on fully. The touch screen should fully come on and show you all the options for the machine. Be sure to turn off our machine after use.
  • Do the EZ-Fold machines require any special maintenance?
    Yes, there will be some special maintenance required for the inside, such as the rods and the mechanisms regarding it. Cleaning will also be important but that can be done by the customer if they wish, though it should be left to professional help.
  • How can I place an order?
    When clicking the Buy button on out website, it will transfer you to the VE Cart website where you can input your information and then process your order.
  • Can I return or exchange the EZ-Fold? What is the warranty on the machine?
    Yes, only if there are any damages deemed liable to us or delivery related damages AND said damages are reported within the first 30 days, then you eligible for a full refund / replacement of your EZ-Fold machine.
  • Do you offer financing options?
    Yes , we do offer one option for financing. There is a 4-month installment plan of a monthly payment of $625 for the EZ-Fold.
